Faculty of Theology condemns aggression against Ukraine. We want to express our solidarity to the people affected by the war, but we also want to actively help.

The Ukrainian Catholic University is an open academic community living the Eastern Christian tradition and forming leaders to serve with professional excellence in Ukraine and internationally – for the glory of God, the common good, and the dignity of the human person. CMTF UP has hosted 10 students and 6 professors from the Faculty of Philosophy and Theology. We have also one Ph.D. student in joint supervision (cotutelle). Please, pray for them.

Our country is fighting with all its might in the unconventional war with Russia to establish itself as a free and democratic country.

Taras Tymo is a Ukrainian theologian and a vice-dean for international cooperation and projects. He studied at the University of Notre Dame in the USA. In his videos, he presents daily the situation in Lviv and in whole Ukraine.
